your

QUESTIONS

Who is Equine photography for?

You want to celebrate your friendship and love with your equine bestie

Your horse is a veteran or hasn’t got long to live – you want a beautiful memory of your time together.

Your child has a new pony/horse and you want this moment captured forever.

Where will my photoshoot take place?

Your photoshoot will take place in your yard/stables or favourite location. This can be the beach, a forest or another wonderful location. I love the planning stages of a photoshoot so hit me with your ideas.

I’m based in Hampshire and cover Dorset, Surrey, Mid and East Sussex. However, outside of 40miles from SO51 will incur a mileage cost of 45p/mile.

Can I bring my family and my other pets/horses?

Of course, you can have all your horses and children and the rest of the family including your dog. Just let me know when you book your session, so we can allocate more time for the photoshoot.

What if it rains?

British weather is unpredictable, so if it’s a light drizzle we may brave it and look for breaks in the weather but if it is torrential rain and it will spoil your photos or make everyone miserable then we will reschedule a new date. When booking keep an extra day in the month just in case!

How many images will I get?

This can vary depending on the type of photoshoot I do but I aim for 50+ images. However, I would put quality over quantity any day! So the number of images can change but I can guarantee you will have plenty of great quality photos that will capture you and your horse showing your personalities beautifully.

I hate having my photo taken?

I know you don’t like having your photo taken! But what if it was fun? What if it wasn’t so serious? And what if we could get some great photos that showed you and your equine bestie having a great time together.

Using my expertise and friendly personality you’ll soon forget the camera is there!

Plus once you have booked a shoot with me. Yay! I’ll send you a welcome guide packed with styling tips. And an info sheet on how to prepare your horse before your session, so you will be super prepared which will help with any nerves!

Do I ride my horse in the day?

I would try and stick to a normal routine unless of course, the shoot is very early morning! If your horse is spirited I would ride or lunge before the shoot just to help take the edge of their energy.

How much does it cost?

All my prices are here.

How do I book?

I’d be delighted to photograph you and your horse. Please fill out the form on the contact page. Once I receive your information, we can make some exciting plans!
