Hands up to anyone who lets annoying doubts creep Hands up to anyone who lets annoying doubts creep in 🙋🏽‍♀️⁣ ⁣ Those little thoughts sneaking their way in, making you wonder whether you're doing it right, the feeling of imposter syndrome.⁣ ⁣ How about turning it on its head instead? ⁣ ⁣ Write down all that you have achieved so far - these can be small wins. ⁣ ⁣ Then make a list of your goals - mix up big goals with small ones and put a rough timeline in. But... A VERY BIG BUT... Be kind to yourself - if you don't do that task that day - so what! Do it tomorrow instead!⁣ ⁣ And think of yourself on your own pathway, it's your journey - no one else's. You've not fallen behind, you're not in a race.⁣ ⁣ Celebrate the effort you put in not just the end result.⁣ ⁣ Share this post with someone who'll find it helpful!
Mondays are like my start again day! ⁣ ⁣ It ha Mondays are like my start again day! ⁣ ⁣ It has the potential to move in the right direction and be a good week!⁣ ⁣ ➡ This morning started with a run with my son.⁣ ➡ I've done my weekly to do list⁣ ➡ Planned my goals for the week.⁣ ⁣ Quite often though reality hits and I don't get everything done but my best intentions are there.⁣ ⁣ What are your plans for the week?
𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 - This is the word that sums up how I feel today! ⁣ ⁣ Funnily when trying to spell Discombobulate in google, I came across some other great fun words.⁣ ⁣ 𝗕𝘂𝗺𝗳𝘂𝘇𝘇𝗹𝗲 - confuse, perplex, fluster⁣ 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝘁𝘆𝘄𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 - something that is not lined up or not arranged correctly⁣ And my favourite, 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁 - unable to speak because of emotion; choked up⁣ ⁣ Who knew?! ⁣ ⁣ What's your favourite crazy word?
