Who are we?

We are two professional photographers in Hampshire who are helping you learn how to get the most from your SLR in an easy to understand workshop that will prepare you to take your own beautiful family photos.

Hello! I’m Jo. I’ve been a photographer for over 13 years, specialising in equine, children and family portraits. I am a mum of two adorable children who never stop to amaze me with their wonder and zest for life. I would give anything to bottle up their giggles and to keep squidging those soft cheeks. As I can’t, I have chosen to preserve these memories through photography. And when I am not annoying my children with ‘one more photo’, I am out photographing other families, children and their horses.

My aim is to help you take great photos of your children every single day and give you confidence in your camera. Come by and say hello, contact me here.

Hi, I am Caroline and I run Caroline Jenkins Photography. I am a family photographer, specialising in using the outdoors as a natural backdrop. I used to be a primary school teacher so absolutely love being around children. I work hard to create positive relationships with the children I work with, which means I go above and beyond just capturing cheesy smiles! Being a Mum of two little people, I love going out for family days out to check out fabulous new locations to shoot in and have family dog walks (I have a series of blogs on family-friendly dog walks around here)! I have also recently started shooting outdoor dance sessions, which have been much fun and have definitely challenged me in different ways which is great. I have decided to run a few training courses for parents as I know how frustrating it can be when you’re faced with an amazing moment but just can’t seem to capture it or do it justice! I feel that with my both my teaching and photography experience, I’ll be able to help and hopefully pass on some killer tips and advice that will help you! What now?

This course is suitable for anybody who has their own SLR (or access to an SLR) and wants to learn or improve their skills and understanding of how it works. There are 8 places available on a first come first served basis and the full amount will be required at the time of booking. This will guarantee your place.
