First time skiing trip for our family in Norway. L First time skiing trip for our family in Norway. Lots of falling, getting caught on the lifts. And my highlight, Jon falling into the tree. Sam going headfirst into the snow and me! Having to be rescued off the kids belt when I slipped. Who knew skis were so cumbersome! 🤣 Plus our instructor mistimed our lesson and left us at the top of the mountain on our second lesson! The slopes were icy and my legs forgot how to ski. 😰 The kids were amazing though and picked it up really well. Such an amazing time with all the family. Powdery soft snow. Sometimes -17 but wow what a beautiful adventure. #norwayskiing #familysnowtrip

Doesn’t Christmas go by so quick? The lead up is Doesn’t Christmas go by so quick? The lead up is so busy and fun, then suddenly it was here and gone! We had a quieter Christmas Day for us 4, sadly missing the grandparents. Still it was lovely and very enjoyable with the teens. Boxing Day was much busier with 14 of us. Lots of yummy food and silly games. Here’s to a relaxing week of hopefully not too much to do before the return in January. Are you sad Christmas is over?
Loved Chiang Mai, Thailand ❤️ White rafting with Loved Chiang Mai, Thailand ❤️ White rafting with the amazing @khampanraftingcnx ❤️ So much fun! Besides the rafting we got to swim down river past bathing elephants and slide down a waterfall. The next day we went to an ethical elephant sanctuary where they rescue elephants from unethical places. We met baby elephant ‘Bamboo’ and got to feed the adult ones. We went down the river to splash them with water, had a picnic and met some tribal people. Lovely place to be ❤️ @chailaiorchid Last night we’re going to the old city then off tomorrow for our next adventure. #changmai #thaiadventure #elephantsanctuary #loveelephants🐘❤️
